Research in Practice offers an extensive range of resources that will support you to build skills and knowledge around evaluation and analysis.

Developed with the National Foundation for Educational Research (NFER), and Research in Practice for Adults (RiPfA) under the banner of reason, the research, evaluation and analysis support network, these resources are grouped around:

  • planning research and evaluations
  • methods for gathering data
  • reporting and using your findings.

These Guides and Tools will support you to plan and conduct some or all of your research or evaluation project. Offering practical information and guidance, they can help you to plan your evaluation, decide on a data collection method, gather data using robust research tools, and identify, report and share key findings to demonstrate impact and drive change.
