Adolescence can be one of the most difficult stages of life development. Findings show that looked after children are disproportionately caught up in the most serious risks at this life-stage. This one-day workshop will help in developing a more focused approach to support adolescents to avoid, reduce and recover from the risks they face. It will include exploration of the messages from research and practice, focusing on how to build relationships and strengths-based approaches to increase self-efficacy and resilience.
