Overview and programme
Join us at this year's Link Officers’ Annual Meeting (LOAM), a unique opportunity for Partners to share best practice, discuss emerging sector issues and to learn from one another. This year’s LOAM will focus on Leading and embedding learning. We will reflect on how practice is being shaped and developed by young people and families, by innovation and by collaboration, as well as exploring the role that we all play in leading and facilitating positive change in our organisations.
There will also be opportunities to:
- Attend a support session for new and experienced Link Officers. Hear from Account Managers and fellow Link Officers on how best to promote Research in Practice within your organisation.
- Meet our Topic Leads and discuss how Research in Practice can best meet the network's needs in the development of our 2020/2021 Delivery Programme.
- Share best practice with other Link Officers from across the Partnership network in regional sessions with your Account Manager.
Speakers to be confirmed shortly.
All Link Officers across the Research in Practice network.
About the Link Officers’ Annual Meeting
Link Officers are the lynchpin of the Research in Practice network, providing a crucial connection between Reserach in Practice and a Partner organisation. They focus on embedding learning and development within their organisation and championing evidence-informed practice.
LOAM brings Link Officers from across the national Research in Practice network together. This popular annual event is a unique opportunity for Partners to share best practice, discuss emerging sector issues and to learn from one another.
LOAM is a residential event and attendance (including overnight accommodation and catering) is included in full and reduced organisational membership to Research in Practice.
Link Officer Awards
In recognition of Link Officers’ efforts to support learning and development and championing evidence-informed practice, we will be presenting the annual Link Officer Awards at LOAM. Please nominate your Link Officer here. (Deadline 11 November).
