This workshop will explore how coaching skills can be used by practice supervisors to support strengths-based practice. It will share evidence from research and practice on the value of coaching approaches in management and supervision, and offer practical skills and tools to use when coaching staff. It will also identify ways in which these skills can be adopted by practitioners in their work with children and families.
