This is our virtual Change Project, initially developed by a group of five Partner agencies from our network. It supports agencies developing evidence-informed practice through the development of on-line tools.

It was quickly clear that the end product of this work should be an online resource rather than a conventional Handbook. Growing Digital has contributed to the collaborative features used for this website and will continue to evaluate emerging technologies.
