C4EO is recruiting professionals (Sector Specialists) from the across the children and young people’s sector who can demonstrate expertise and a track record of achievement in the field of safeguarding.
Becoming a Sector Specialist is a rewarding and developmental experience. Sector Specialist knowledge and expertise, combined with the C4EO evidence base, will be used to deliver individually tailored support as requested by Directors of Children’s Services to help local authorities and Children’s Trusts develop solutions to challenges and improve outcomes for children and young people.
With the endorsement of their Director or Chief Executive, successful applicants will be trained and accredited by C4EO and receive support throughout their period of work with the centre. Backfill funding is available for the ‘loaning’ organisation, which may also choose to receive help from one or more Sector Specialists. C4EO and the ‘loaning’ organisation will negotiate the number of days a Sector Specialist can work for C4EO.
