Team Managers' Workshops
This workshop is for managers wishing to support their staff in adopting an evidence-informed approach to decision making. We know that evidence-informed practice can only be integrated into front-line practice with the support of managers. This workshop will focus on: Leading EIP in your team; What works for promoting evidence-informed practice in supervision; Supporting front-line workers on particular cases and service initiatives
These joint rip/ripfa workshops are designed to equip those with supervisory responsibility for staff working directly with service users in adult and children's services with the skills to integrate evidence-informed practice into case discussions, decision making and in promoting life-long learning.
