Team Managers' Workshop: Using Evidence to Champion Excellence in your team.

In response to the recommendations of the Social Work Task Force, this workshop is for managers wishing to support their staff in adopting an evidence-informed approach to decision making. We know that evidence-informed practice can only be integrated into front-line practice with the support of managers. This workshop will focus on:
- Leading EIP in your team
- What works for promoting evidence-informed practice in supervision
- Supporting front-line workers on particular cases and service initiatives.

These joint RiP/ripfa workshops are designed to equip those with supervisory responsibility for staff working directly with service users in adult and children's services with the skills to integrate evidence-informed practice into case discussions, decision making and in promoting life-long learning.
