If you have followed the instructions for creating an account you should have received an email with your username and password along with your activation code. If you experience problems with your activation code try entering it again by copying and pasting it, if this still does not work please contact us as we can activate your account for you.
If you have activated your account but cannot log in please try the following:
- go to My RiP
- press 'Ctrl' and 'F5' at the same time on your keyboard
- copy and paste your username and password into the form (the password is case sensitive)
- click 'Login'
If you continue to experience difficulties, please check that the organisation you work for is listed in Our Networks if it isn't you will not be able to log in.
