‘Expectation Documents’
research in practice has commented on the content of the ‘expectation documents’ regarding Local Authorities’ contribution to care proceedings. These comments are based on feedback captured at the Family Justice Review regional seminars, run in partnership between research in practice and the Children’s Improvement Board, and knowledge gathered through the Change Project ‘Evidence Matters in Family Justice’.
