REAL Organisational Support for Evidence Based Practice Development Project

This Development Project was developed in recognition of the difficulties encountered in providing the right lead and environment for evidence informed practice. It was designed to help agencies create the right infrastructure and climate for evidence informed practice. The project complements the REAL Evidence Based Practice in Teams Development Project and draws heavily on what we have learned from both projects. The action pack has been developed through project work spanning three years and involving five of our Partner agencies.

In the action pack we have tried to focus on the vital need to develop an evidence informed approach to practice at all levels of an organisation, whilst recognising the practical difficulties that may stand in the way.

All Link Officers will have been supplied with three copies of the pack.
